In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "98bat," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 98bat.org and all associated subdomains and products.
• "User," "you," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 98bat platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on 98bat following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wallet" or "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held within your 98bat account, comprising a real-money balance and a separate bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to your account under a specific promotion, distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation to confirm account holder identity and age.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions available through the 98bat platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any person subject to self-exclusion, any person from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or any person barred from the platform by 98bat.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any 98bat service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 98bat reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Access by Prohibited Persons is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one active 98bat account. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.4 Account Ownership. Your 98bat account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any funds within it to another person. 98bat reserves the right to close any account it reasonably believes has been transferred or assigned without consent.

2.5 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 98bat platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 98bat makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally permissible in all locations. If you are accessing 98bat from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not register or use the platform.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 98bat will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel, including customer support communications.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 98bat support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. While 98bat employs security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and session management, you bear responsibility for ensuring no unauthorised party can access your account from your registered devices.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 98bat is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests above minimum thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC, a self-portrait photograph, and may require proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. 98bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, irregular activity, or where required by applicable regulatory or compliance obligations. On closure, verified real-money balances are returned to the registered payment method following completion of any required investigations.

3.5 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 98bat support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of standard checks.

4.1 Accepted Methods. 98bat accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and cash over-the-counter (OTC) channels. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet within approximately 30 seconds of the transfer completing on the payment provider's platform. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution and may take up to two business hours to reflect in your wallet.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the platform. Deposit attempts below the minimum threshold will be declined by the payment gateway. Minimum and maximum limits are subject to change and are displayed in real time on the deposit screen.

4.4 Deposit Restrictions. 98bat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match your KYC documentation. Deposits from business accounts, shared mobile wallets, or accounts belonging to a third party will be returned and the relevant account flagged for review.

4.5 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

5.1 Verified Accounts Only. Withdrawals are available exclusively to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete. 98bat strongly recommends completing KYC before making a first deposit to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

5.2 Withdrawal Method. All withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered to your account — the same JazzCash number, EasyPaisa account, or bank account that completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests to accounts not matching KYC documentation will be declined without exception.

5.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours, seven days a week. Withdrawals requiring additional review — including first-time large withdrawals, accounts with pending KYC requests, or withdrawals flagged by automated monitoring — may take up to 24 hours to complete.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method. Large withdrawal requests above platform-defined thresholds may require additional verification steps consistent with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals. Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being voided without compensation.

5.6 Declined Withdrawals. 98bat reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. Declined withdrawal requests will be communicated via support, along with the steps required to resolve the issue.

6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses offered by 98bat are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general Terms for the subject matter of the promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be staked thirty times in total on eligible games before the resulting balance may be withdrawn).

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 98bat platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type — live dealer games, for example, may contribute less than slots to wagering calculations. Eligible games and contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 98bat employs automated detection for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements; coordinating with other users to exploit promotions; opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; and placing bets on all outcomes of an event (arbitrage). Detection of bonus abuse will result in voiding of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit, within which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry are forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms.

6.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 98bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification retain the rights applicable at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required for legal or compliance reasons.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 98bat are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the sport or event on which the bet is placed. 98bat reserves the right to reject any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message on the platform confirming the bet reference number, selection, stake, and potential payout. Bets are not confirmed by the act of clicking a stake button alone. It is your responsibility to verify bet confirmation before closing the betting screen.

7.3 Void Bets. 98bat reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where an event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being reached; where a result is declared void by the relevant governing body; where a bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds offered; where the outcome of an event is found to have been subject to corruption or match-fixing; or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.4 Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed fault — including but not limited to prices listed significantly below market rate — 98bat reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Winnings arising from manifestly incorrect odds are not payable.

7.5 PSL and Cricket-Specific Rules. For Pakistan Super League and international cricket betting, specific rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis method adjustments, player retirement, and match abandonment are published in the sports betting rules section of the 98bat platform. These rules apply in addition to this clause.

8.1 Certified Providers. All casino games, slots, and live dealer tables available on 98bat are provided by certified third-party gaming studios operating under their own regulatory licences. 98bat does not operate proprietary casino game software. Games are subject to the rules, procedures, and technical systems of the respective provider.

8.2 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant win products — use independently certified random number generators. Outcome randomness is audited by third-party testing laboratories. 98bat publishes house edge information for all table games to enable informed player decisions.

8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer tables are broadcast from licensed studios with physical equipment operated by trained dealers under compliance observation. Live dealer games are subject to the house rules applicable to each table as displayed in the game interface. 98bat is not liable for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by studio-side technical issues.

8.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, 98bat's system will complete the round using its last received instruction from the client. Where the system cannot determine the last instruction, the stake will be returned. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection during play.

8.5 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a malfunction of the gaming system software or hardware, all bets and pays affected by the malfunction are void. 98bat is not liable for losses arising from system malfunctions that cannot be attributed to the platform operator.

9.1 Commitment. 98bat is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for all users. Gambling is intended as entertainment. 98bat recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and provides tools and procedures to assist players in managing their activity.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 98bat account holders via their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cumulative loss thresholds after which further play is suspended for the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable maximum session durations after which the platform forces a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net win/loss during the current session.

9.3 Platform-Initiated Controls. 98bat reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account displaying patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including mandatory cool-off periods, reduced limits, or account suspension pending a welfare check, without prior notice to the account holder.

9.4 Age Verification. 98bat is committed to preventing access by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification checks are performed at registration and before first withdrawal. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98bat platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage over manual users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software to gain unauthorised financial benefit.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share information that provides an unfair advantage, or engage in coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for purposes other than legitimate gambling activity.
• Registering duplicate accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 98bat staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any 98bat platform software.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising services to circumvent geographical restrictions or identity verification procedures.

Detection of any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

11.1 Ownership. All content appearing on the 98bat platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design, structure, and layout of the platform — is the property of 98bat or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. Subject to compliance with these Terms, 98bat grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 98bat content without express written permission.

11.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. Use of such content is governed by the terms of the respective third-party provider in addition to these Terms.

12.1 No Warranty. The 98bat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. 98bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although commercially reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform security and stability.

12.2 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98bat's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98bat account in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. 98bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if 98bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Force Majeure. 98bat shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

13.1 Data Collection. 98bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 KYC Data. Identity verification documents submitted as part of KYC procedures are stored securely and used exclusively for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, anti-money-laundering compliance, and fraud prevention. 98bat does not sell or share KYC data with third parties except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

13.3 Marketing Communications. By registering on 98bat, you consent to receive promotional communications including email and SMS notifications about bonuses, new games, and platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

14.1 Right to Amend. 98bat reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for legal, regulatory, operational, or product-related reasons. 14.2 Effective Date. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than 14 days from the date of notification except where immediate amendment is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 98bat platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via support.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 98bat holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 98bat support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as specified in the jurisdiction of licensing.

15.3 Arbitration. Where disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified by the licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
